Kvant was established in 2020 by two former management consultants, and have since experienced immense growth. Today, our team consists of 13 ambitious and motivated employees that ensures a high quality service for our customers. Ole is the CEO of Kvant. In this role he holds the overall responsibility of the company. Furthermore he is responsible for Kvant's overall strategy, operations and commercial activities. Before Kvant, Ole worked as a Management Consultant at EY, covering projects within strategy, business improvement, analytics and so on.He graduated from NHH with a Major in Finance.

Øivind F. Persen

Øivind is the COO and general head of admin and finance, in addition to spearheading our client projects within finance and other corporate functions. Øivind previously spent 5 years in DNV covering different finance roles globally, before he worked in the CFO strategy space in Accenture.

Markus Ringstad

Markus is a Senior Consultant here at Kvant and also Head of Culture. As a senior consultant, Markus is in charge of running projects from start to finish, from analysis all the way to signing. He started in Kvant in September 2021. Before Kvant, Markus was a strategy consultant at Accenture together with Øivind, although they never worked on the same project. He has a Bachelor in Business from Boston University (USA) and Master in Economics from Imperial College (UK).

She has been a part of Kvant since April 2021. As an Associate she has gained significant industry experience, working on a number of both commercial and strategic projects.

As an Associate, she takes part in our project teams, assisting with research, analysis, and talent acquisition. She has been a part of Kvant since the beginning of October 2021. Tea has during this time acquired significant industry experience, working on projects within the fields of Finance, Sales, as well as technical roles.
