Today the company operates two commercial engines: a direct-to-consumer business and a partner-led distribution model.
About the role
Jotta Group is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to take full ownership of their direct-to-consumer growth engine, covering Jottacloud and direct sales of Min Sky in addition to new growth areas.
You will own the end-to-end commercial agenda across marketing, growth and direct sales, with full accountability for marketing, customer acquisition, monetization and retention across markets. You will develop the go-to-market approach, optimize growth investments, strengthen the brand, and build a high-performing commercial team. The partner-led business is managed separately, and you will work closely with that team to maximize total group performance.
You will report to the CEO and be part of Jotta Group's leadership team, with a central role in setting commercial direction and strategy for the company going forward.
Key responsibilities
P&L responsibility for Jotta Group direct channel
Own and evolve the D2C commercial strategy (sales and marketing)
Scale the company’s direct-to-consumer business across existing and new international markets and channels
Drive commercial performance across both sales and marketing channels, and optimize growth
investments, measured by key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI
Own and develop the Jottacloud brand, from positioning and narrative to visual identity and marketing communications
Responsible for PR for Jottacloud and Jotta Group
Build and develop the commercial organization, ensuring the right capabilities across marketing and key commercial functions

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a commercially strong and analytical leader with experience scaling digital business models and driving sustainable growth across markets and channels. You understand how to combine strategic prioritization with hands-on commercial execution, and you are comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving, data-rich environment.
You have a strong eye for design and creative craft, and high standards for the quality of marketing materials, brand expression and customer-facing communications. You know how to demand great work from your team and agencies, and won't settle for mediocre execution.
You are ambitious, structured and pragmatic. You know how to balance short-term execution with longer-term opportunity creation, and you are comfortable operating in a setting where focus, judgment and pace matter.
Qualifications
Experience from a senior commercial leadership role, such as CCO, CMO, CRO or similar, with responsibility for growth and commercial results
Strong track record scaling digital business models, ideally within subscription, B2C and/or recurring revenue environments
Proven track record of working data-driven with channel strategy, customer acquisition and optimization of CAC, LTV and ROI
Experience operating across multiple markets; international scaling experience is a clear advantage
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L responsibility or equivalent ownership of profitable growth
Experience evaluating and developing new commercial opportunities, business areas or routes to market is an advantage
