Senior Associate at Credo Partners
Credo is a different investment company. We are entrepreneurs building growth platforms in B2B technology and services, with our own scalable approach. We partner with investors and founders to transform local companies into industry leaders.
We are a Norwegian company focused on the Scandinavian market. Currently, we are invested in 11 companies with 6BNOK in revenues. We bring the right people together and fix the basics, before scaling fast. We have been training the team for operational DNA and true partnerships for over 10 years, 20 platforms, 85 add-ons, and 7 exits. We optimize structure, culture, and game plans specifically for small caps.
With an increasing demand for our services, we want to extend our team with an associate. As an Associate at Credo, you will get early operational exposure to business transformation and growth by working closely with the management team of our portfolio companies, on a daily basis. This level of involvement and responsibility is unique for Credo and is one of many things that sets us apart from other Private Equity companies. Responsibilities
Pipeline reviews, both by evaluating inbound opportunities and generating new deal flow
Market research and commercial due diligence
Financial modeling and business cases
Involvement in new investments
Collaborate with our partners in 2-3 of the portfolio companies. This includes daily contact with C-suite decision-makers on operational improvements and long-term strategy
Who we are looking for
MSc or MBA graduates within business, finance, economics, or other relevant fields from leading Universities or institutions
2-5 years of experience in a high-performing environment, preferably top-tier investment banking or management consulting.
You have to have exposure to extensive M&A processes.
You are curious - you’ll learn a lot about a lot, from a variety of industries, partners, and different challenges
You have drive - we are transforming companies into market leaders, which takes personal dedication over time to succeed
You are a people-person - business is about people connecting the dots
