Alin has nine years of experience in executive search, specialising in recruitment within Private Equity. She combines a deep understanding of PE fund structures with an analytical approach to candidate assessment, with a strong focus on understanding both the business rationale and the people behind each role. Before joining Kvant in 2026, Alin worked at Healy Hunt in London, where she built extensive experience in Private Equity recruitment across the UK and the Nordics. This gave her a broad international network and a strong understanding of what defines high-performing candidates in this space. At Kvant, Alin supports investment firms and portfolio companies in identifying and hiring leaders and key talent who understand both capital structures and operational value creation. She takes a thorough and structured approach, ensuring that a clear understanding of the mandate and its business context forms the foundation for strong hiring decisions.
