Christian Albertsen

Christian has broad insight into both business and public sectors and has recruited for start-ups, PE-owned growth companies, public-sector organizations, and listed companies. He began his career as a researcher in executive recruitment in 2016 and has since worked as a consultant and project manager before joining Kvant in 2023. At Kvant, he works broadly with leadership recruitment as well as specialist roles within finance, business development, and commercial functions. In addition to advising clients throughout recruitment processes, he is responsible for Kvant’s research and analysis function.
