Kent brings together more than ten years of executive search experience with operational leadership from one of the Nordic region’s largest media groups. He helps companies recruit leaders and specialists who deliver results and build teams capable of handling growth and transformation. Before joining Kvant, Kent led the Talent function at Schibsted, overseeing recruitment as well as leadership and capability development. His experience managing real change processes in a complex group gives him both insight and credibility when working with top executives and owners.
