Marianne Ahlsen

As an Associate at Kvant, Marianne is part of the analytical research team working to continuously build our knowledge of candidates, segments, industries, and companies. She conducts both targeted research for individual recruitment processes and broader market mapping to ensure we maintain a strong overview of our priority candidate segments across finance, strategy, commercial roles, and investment. Marianne holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and has several years of operational experience from the hospitality industry, most recently in a management role. She combines her academic background with practical leadership experience and is particularly focused on developing a deep understanding of both candidates and businesses to contribute to well-informed and precise recruitment processes.
