Ole Kristian is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Kvant. He helps organizations reach their strategic goals by recruiting leaders and teams that deliver measurable results. With core expertise in strategy and commercialization, he is focused on understanding the business model and how individuals and teams create solutions that drive real business impact. Before founding Kvant, Ole Kristian worked as a consultant at EY within commercial transformation, profitability improvement, and change management. He holds a master’s degree in finance from NHH, specializing in Private Equity and capital markets. This background has given him a strong analytical foundation, a broad network, and a structured approach to problem-solving and value creation. At Kvant, he supports scaleups, large corporations and institutional investors in attracting and hiring top tier talent across Scandinavia. He has particular expertise within management roles as well as strategic and commercial functions. Ole Kristian focuses on understanding the essence of the business and the mandate behind each role to provide precise advice and efficiently secure the best candidate.
