Synne works as an Associate at Kvant, where she is part of the analytical research team responsible for building and maintaining our insight into candidates, markets, industries, and companies. She contributes both to targeted research for individual recruitment processes and broader market mapping to ensure we always have a solid overview of our priority candidate segments within finance, strategy, commercial roles, and investments. With hands-on experience from an Askeladden & Co, Synne has gained a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed with recruitment in fast-growing organizations. In her role as an in-house recruiter, she worked closely with leaders and scaling teams, developing a deep appreciation for how structure, pace, and quality must align to build high-performing organizations. At Kvant, Synne combines her master’s degree in Strategic HR with a genuine passion for people, candidate experience, and quality at every stage of the process.
