She contributes both to focused research for specific recruitment processes and wider market mapping to ensure we always have a strong overview of our priority leadership, finance, and commercial talent segments. Before joining Kvant, Vilde spent several years at Nordic Hotels & Resorts, where she played a key role in the opening of Sommerro, responsible for sales and managing a growing client portfolio. Her experience building cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment has given her a practical understanding of what it takes to drive results.
