Ole is the CEO and Founding Partner of Kvant. He holds a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, with a specialization in finance. Ole has previous experience in management consulting at EY. As a project manager, his portfolio included projects in strategy, profitability improvement, and analytics, with a particular focus on the financial sector. Through this experience, he has developed broad expertise in project management, development of commercial strategies and organizations, insight-driven businesses, business analysis, and value realization. He was also part of the recruitment team at EY for both graduate and experienced hires.
At Kvant, Ole is responsible for overall deliveries in strategy and business development. In addition to leading Kvant as CEO, he is actively involved in client work and project delivery. He has placed professionals at C-suite, director, and specialist levels for companies ranging from listed to medium-sized privately owned businesses in the technology, retail, industrial, telecom, and other sectors. Ole has strong expertise in strategy and business development, as well as extensive experience in analytical roles and commercial functions.
