About the role
Do you want to drive performance and value creation in a private equity–backed Nordic technology group?
NetNordic is strengthening its group finance function and is now looking for a Business Performance Manager. The role supports group management with performance insight and decision support across the Nordic organisation. It combines financial control and performance responsibilities with a strong commercial focus, delivering high-quality reporting and analysis across countries, business units and service lines.
You will contribute to cross-border initiatives related to performance management, forecasting, profitability and commercial excellence, and take part in strategic, commercial and operational projects across the group. The role also involves shaping how performance insight is developed and used across the organisation, including responsibility for the group’s analytics and reporting framework. A central part of the role is to support management and teams in using insight as a basis for decisions and prioritisation, and to act as a driving force for commercial excellence. This includes identifying improvement areas, supporting the implementation of agreed initiatives and helping ensure consistent follow-through, contributing to stronger execution and sustainable improvements across countries and service areas.
Why NetNordic?
NetNordic is a leading Nordic IT system integrator within mission-critical infrastructure, providing specialized services within cybersecurity, cloud, network and collaboration. We create and deliver smart intelligent integrations, using market-leading innovative technologies. The business is operating across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, serving medium to large public and private customers. The company has grown annually 20-30% through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions and today serves customers across a wide range of industries with a total revenue of NOK 3 billion.
NetNordic is currently developing its business model further, with an increasing focus on scalable and recurring Managed Services alongside customer tailored project-based deliveries. Delivering the two models in parallel requires sharpness in business performance insight to ensure that the right priorities are made both short-term and long-term.
Our owners
NetNordic’s majority shareholder is Norvestor, a Nordic private equity firm with more than three decades of experience investing in growth-oriented companies in the Nordic mid-market. Norvestor invests in businesses with the ambition to build leading Nordic or international positions.

Operate effectively in a distributed P&L structure, balancing local accountability with group priorities
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
5+ years’ experience from management consulting or commercial roles within business performance, business controlling or business development
Experience from multinational or group-level functions, preferably within complex, multi-entity organisations
