Emilie works as a Consultant at Kvant and has been with the company since the beginning of 2021. She holds a master's degree in Strategic HR from Kristiania University College and previously worked as a growth partner for Norwegian and Swedish media companies at Future Media Group. Emilie works on both candidate acquisition and as a project manager, and she has experience with roles in strategy, commercial growth, business development, and HR across multiple sectors.
At Kvant, Emilie is responsible for leading projects from start to finish. She is also actively involved in client work and has a specific responsibility for the development of internal processes.
