Helle works as a Consultant at Kvant and leads end-to-end recruitment projects. This includes everything from job analysis, sourcing, interviews, evaluation, and candidate signing. Helle has several years of experience as an HR consultant in, amongst others Advokatfirmaet Thommessen. She worked broadly with management support and advisory, and was responsible for pre- and onboarding, talent development, health and safety, and recruitment for the organization. Helle holds a master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School.
