What you’ll actually do
You will own and drive the finance technology agenda across the Group, at the intersection of finance, technology and AI. You will be a part of the CFO management team, reporting to the Group CFO.
Some days, that means shaping long-term architecture with the CTO. Other days, it means prioritizing AI use cases that can change how we forecast, report and make decisions.
You will:
Set the direction for finance technology, aligned with business and Group Technology & IT
Lead the AI transformation of finance, from idea to scaled adoption
Translate finance needs into robust, scalable solutions
Define architecture and roadmaps across ERP, data, analytics and automation
Build and lead a high-performing team, combining product thinking and technical excellence
Ensure governance, security and compliance are never compromised
You will be a part of the CFO management team, reporting to the Group CFO.
What makes someone succeed here
This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in strategy discussions as in execution.
You’ve likely spent years at the intersection of finance and technology.
You’ve led teams.
You’ve driven change in environments where not everything is clearly defined.
You know that:

And credibility comes from understanding both finance and technology deeply
